Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Office & HR Intern to support day-to-day operations and contribute to creating a positive, efficient, and well-maintained work environment. Reporting directly to the local HR Ops, you will assist with a variety of administrative, HR, and facility-related tasks. You’ll also act as a liaison with building management and external vendors when needed.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office operations, HR support, and workplace coordination in a dynamic and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect incoming deliveries from the mailroom, unpack and sort items, and update the office inventory list.
  • Manage office supply orders (pantry items, stationery, etc.) and ensure timely restocking.
  • Assist with daily office upkeep, stocking the fridge, tidying the pantry, and maintaining general cleanliness.
  • Ensure meeting rooms and phone booths are organized and ready for use.
  • Act as the main point of contact for building management regarding access cards and other office-related matters.
  • Support the organization of internal events and team-building activities.
  • Assist in tracking and maintaining budget records for office expenses.

Requirements

Background and experience

  • Students in business management / administration, human ressources or others.
  • Previous experience in office management is a plus
  • Sensibility for the Finance/Crypto industry is a plus.

Skills and personality

  • Organized and autonomous
  • Ability in written and verbal communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicative and easygoing. 
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Detail-oriented and hands-on mindset.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support wherever needed.
  • Interest in office management, HR, or general business operations.

Ideal Start Date -> September 2025

Duration -> 6 months or 1 year.
