Your role and responsibilities

Flowdesk is growing and complexifying its product portfolio at the moment, we thus need a dedicated, focused talent to help the company create a Unified Product Source of Truth, Driving Operational Continuity and Scalability Across Flowdesk’s Product Ecosystem.

This Finance Product Operations role will be part of the RevOps team, reporting to Laure Fournier. We are looking for someone leading cross-functional initiatives, coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Trading Ops and Front Office.

Product Structuring and Lifecycle Management

  • Develop and maintain a robust, structured product portfolio management framework to create Flowdesk’s single source of truth for all products
  • Lead and refine product governance standards, ensuring consistent documentation, reference tools, and monitoring across each product’s lifecycle
  • Collaborate closely with RevOps to quantify product performance, standardise product KPIs, and ensure data-driven support for stakeholders and leadership decisions
  • Drive the Product Committee process, coordinating with product champions and stakeholders to ensure products are fully compliant, operationally sound, and aligned with market needs
  • Challenge product obsolescence, advocating for lifecycle reviews and necessary sunsetting or discontinuation where appropriate to maintain an agile portfolio

Operational Continuity and Scalability

  • Oversee cross-functional alignment from product ideation through market deployment, ensuring products are operationally viable and integrated seamlessly across legal, regulatory, and financial criteria
  • Build and enforce frameworks for product scalability, particularly for capital efficiency opportunities such as internal DeFi products, ensuring compliance across trading operations, legal, and finance
  • Coordinate closely with Compliance, Legal, Finance, Sales, Traders and Trading Ops to establish structured, transparent processes for product management, enhancing operational cohesion

Product Portfolio Optimization

  • Work alongside Laure to identify product synergies, define cross-sell opportunities, and enhance the structure of our portfolio to maximise operational impact and market fit
  • Support regular portfolio reviews to identify and leverage opportunities for expansion or realignment, enhancing product mix to maximise operational and market impact
  • Conduct preliminary risk assessments to align product offerings with risk management objectives, supporting Flowdesk’s compliance and strategic goals

Requirements

Background and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in financial product operations (e.g., structured products), preferably within cryptocurrency, financial institution (e.g., bank) or Fintech
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, operational frameworks, and financial product fundamentals
  • Proven experience with cross-functional project management in product operations
  • Analytical and structured thinker, with the ability to drive data-led decisions and support the documentation and standardisation of complex processes
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on creating continuity and scalability
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and visualisation software, with demonstrated ability to present complex information to senior leadership
